The Deadly Butt Dial

Jonesboro police told Region 8 News that the suspect, 68-year-old Larry Barnett of Jonesboro, was in the process of hiring someone to kill his former employee, when he unintentionally called that same employee, who then overhead the details of how and why Barnett wanted it done. 

Sergeant Doug Formon said, "Basically, he overheard a conversation between that individual and another unknown male and he was giving out his personal information, his address, where he lives." 

According to the affidavit, Barnett told the supposed hit-man, "I don't care if you have to burn his house to the ground with him in it" and to "make it look like an accident." Barnett's reason was reportedly made clear as well: "I owe the little son of a ***** a bunch of money and if he's gone, I don't have to pay for it."

Apparently this wasn't the first time Barnett had considered killing the employee. The target also overheard talk of a previous attempt against him but "they couldn't get the job done." 

The intended victim called police. When officers arrived at the intended target's home, the phone call had been going on for an hour and half. "The conversation on the phone had already ended but the phone call was still active to Mr. Barnett's cell phone."

From now on I will listen to ALL butt calls!

After reading this article by Jim Hightower on truth-out.org about how the McDonalds outgoing CEO received a 2012 retirement "bye-bye package" worth some $27-million, while his employees are forced to apply for food stamps and other government help because of Mickey Dee's low wages. Low at the bottom, high at the top.  Where is Mister Obama when we REALLY need him?  Playing golf!

Back To Square One For Mr. Holder

Josh Gerstein writing on politico.com says that a federal judge has refused Attorney General Eric Holder's request that he be allowed to proceed now with an appeal in a case where the House of Representatives is seeking to enforce subpoenas for documents related to the controversial Operation Fast and Furious gun investigation.

In a ruling Monday 11/18/13, U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson said her September 30 ruling rejecting Holder's request to dismiss the lawsuit was not such a close call that it deserved immediate review from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.c> Circuit.

"While the court agrees with defendant's characterization of the matter as significant, that is not the test" Jackson wrote in her new four-page decision.  So back to square one Eric.  Only three more years to drag this out before they shield Obama leaves office.  DO NOT LET THIS MAN RESIGN BEFORE FACING CHARGES!!

So The Faked Census Reports Were True.....

This is going to be one of those "I told you so moments".  Back in 2012 when the unemployment rate fell sharply it raised eyebrows from Mainstreet, To Wall Street, to Washington.  Now from a reliable source comes the confirmation that the numbers were "fixed" to borrow from the president's Obamacare vocabulary.  But the worst part is that the Census Bureau, which does the unemployment survey knew it.

Just two years before the presidential election, the Census Bureau had caught an employee fabricating data that went into the unemployment report, which is one of the most closely watched measures of the economy. (So this person was like a reverse Edward Snowden?!?)  A knowledgeable source who asked to remain anonymous for now but who will talk with the labor Department and Congress if asked, says the deception went beyond that one employee, Julius Buckmon, and that it escalated at the time President Obama was seeking reelection in 2012 and continues today!!  FYI Buckmon said in an interview this past weekend that he was told to make up information by higher-ups at Census!

I guess that some people will do anything to win (see hanging/dimpled chads).

Body Guard Baffonery

Two goons hired for the 2009 wedding of the quarterback and supermodel Gisele Bundchen in Costa Rica have each been sentenced to five years in prison for shooting at two photographers covering the event.

They opened fire after the lensmen snapped pictures from 300 feet away.  Fortunately they were not hit, but the bullets took out the front and rear windows of their SUV just like on some television shows.

“Thank God I’m all right. At that moment, I thought I was going to die,” Rolando Aviles told The Post at the time. “If the bullet had been a little more to the left or right, it would have killed one of us. I said, ‘They’re going to kill us.’ ’’

Aviles said he and colleague Yuri Cortez, both veteran photographers working for an agency, had permission to shoot the ceremony from the owner of the property on which they were standing.  Apparently the goon squad didn't care about any of that and now will have a few years to think about their crime, as well as how they will come up with the $10k fines they were eac h hit with!

Moscow to USA using Russian GPS On American Soil

In another monumental stoopid move by this administration, I recently read that the Obama State Department is considering allowing the Russian space agency Roscosmos to set up "monitoring stations" on American soil.  These monitoring stations the Russians contend would significantly improve the accuracy and reliability of Moscow's version of the Global Positioning System (GPS).

They fear that these structures could help Russia spy on the United States and improve the precision of Russian weaponry, the official said.  These monitor stations, the Russians contend, would significantly improve the accuracy and reliability of Moscow's version of the Global Positioning System, the American satellite network that steers guided missiles to their targets and thirsty smartphone users to the nearest Starbucks!

The Russian efforts is part of a larger global race buy several countries including China and European Union nations to perfect their own global positioning systems and challenge the dominance of the American GPS.  But for the State Department to permit Russia to build the stations would help mend the Obama administrations's relationship with the government of President Vladimir Putin, now at nadir because of Moscow's granting asylum to Mr. Snowden and it's backing of President Bashar al-Assad of Syria.

However the CIA and other American spy agencies, as well as the Pentagon, suspect that the monitor stations would give the Russians a foothold on American soil  that would sharpen the accuracy of Moscow's satellite-steered weapons.  The stations they believe could also give the Russians an opening to snoop on the United States within it's borders.  DUH!

Does this sound close to the story of the trojan horse?  And do you like the idea of allowing these "stations" on U.S. soil?

From The Mouths Of Babes...And One Homosexual Columnist

I had to do a double take when I first read the heading for this article.  It reads: "Gay columnist blasts same-sex marriage".  I was sure that I was seeing an  aberration, but upon closer inspection, nope, I read it correctly.  A homosexual writer blasting same sex marriage.  It's as if the veil had been lifted from one part of his "life experience" to reveal a basic truth, despite his orientation.

Drew Zahn, writing on WND.com about homosexual columnist Paddy Manning who wrote among other things "Of being arrested for hitting on a male officer, but warns the solution to persecution of homosexuals isn't to have the government carve up traditional marriage."  He blasted his own country for considering same sex marriage, warning "The state has no business reinventing the family and undermining childrens "right" to a mother and father."  Strong words from a man who is a practicing homosexual in a world where a vast majority of "out of the closet" and "in your face" gay's feel the complete opposite.

Same-sex marriage is not some warm, fluffy, equality bunny, it's a bare faced state power grab."  Manning writes.  "The state gets to entirely remake marriage, not as the man/woman/child model we've inherited from 10,000 years of history across all cultures, but as an anything-goes irrelevant partnership agreement between adults."  

Manning explains same-sex unions will render marriage "irrelevant" because "for the first time, shildren and parenthood [will have] no place in marriage."  "Only a man and a woman have children, despite every fantasy the gender busters want us to believe."  Manning writes.  "Every child has a right to that natural life.  Same-sex marriage asks us to ignore reality and children's rights to a mother and a father."

Manning's column was published as part of a newspaper debate after it was revealed the Republic of Ireland will hold a referendum on the issue in 2015.  Hats off to this brave and level headed homosexual man for speaking the truth to a world gone mad trying to be tolerant to something that is truly intolerable, and that is the right of a child to have a mother and a father.
